Light and Creamy Ranch Dressing

Photos courtesy of creativemaniac.net.

Ranch is my favorite dressing of all time. It’s creamy and refreshing. My take on the popular dressing is lighter and full of fresh herbs. Believe me, you’ll want to put it on everything. Let’s make it!

Timing Is Everything

Prep Time: 10 mins

Total Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise (I use Sir Kensington’s mayo)

1/2 cup sour cream or greek yogurt

1/4 tsp dill

1/4 tsp chives

1/4 tsp parsley

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup milk

1 tbsp lemon juice

salt and white pepper to taste

Time to Make Some Ranch Dressing

The first step is to finely chop the herbs. If you don’t have fresh herbs, you can just use dried. Next, grab a medium-sized glass mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup sour cream (you can use greek yogurt if you’d like).

Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1/4 cup milk. Beat gently with a whisk until smooth.

Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and white pepper. Mix with a spatula. Add herbs. Mix well.

Put dressing in a mason jar or something similar. Keep refrigerated.
