Have you been feeling stressed lately? If you answered yes, this article is for you. Today, I’m here to give you a list of 10 things you can do to relieve stress. Let’s get started.
1. Listen to Music

Listening to music can help you escape when things get hectic. Music helps me escape when I’m feeling stressed. It helps me focus. Make sure you listen to upbeat music rather than sad ballads because this will instantly boost your mood.
2. Write

Writing is another way to escape. It’s immersive and allows you to dive into a different world. Your creativity and imagination are endless. Express yourself through words. Whether it’s a poem, short story, or even a book, just start writing.
3. Read a Book

Similar to writing, reading a book is a way to escape. Diving into a world that isn’t our own. Immersing ourselves in worlds we could picture ourselves in. Those mental images that appear in our minds are priceless.
4. Create Something

Exercise is a great way to relieve stress. It’s also a great way to boost your mood and energy. Exercising is proven to bump up the production of your brain’s feel-good neurotransmitters called endorphins.
10. Cook or Bake Something
